Delivery

We aim to despatch items subject to availability within 2 working days of order by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For for delivery next working day to most UK Mainland addresses. Recorded Signed For provides proof of posting, signature on arrival, insurance, online tracking and confirmation of delivery for your piece of mind. Most items on this service will be delivered next day but this is not guaranteed, so if you need this confirmation please select Special Delivery Next Day.

Our postage rates are:

UK Mainland - £2.95 Royal Mail Recorded Signed For (2-3 days delivery)

UK Mainland - £5.00 Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (2-3 days delivery)

Europe - £5.95 (3-5 days delivery)

USA - £7.50 (7-14 days delivery)

Orders over £100 will be shipped FOC to UK Mainland and Europe.
Orders over £150 will be shipped FOC to the USA.
All items will be sent to the address of the registered card holder.

Payment of local import duties in non-EU countries are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Please indicate the reason for the return by email and whether you require a full refund or an exchange prior to returning the item/items.

Please return your item/items to us in the original packaging and condition complete with labels intact within 14 days of receipt.

When we receive the goods we will inspect them and providing everything is to our satisfaction we will issue a refund. Please allow 10 days for the refund to show on your account. Refunds can only be credited back to the card used for purchase.

We regret that we cannot refund delivery charges on returns. Please use registered post (ie requiring a signature) to make sure at best the package does not go astray as it is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will let you know by email when the return has arrived.

Please package returns as you would expect to receive them and enclose your receipt.

In the case of an exchange re-shipping charges will apply.

Should you wish to cancel an order the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations gives you the right to do so for a full refund. Should the item have already been shipped you will have to return it to us as above.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the above.
